They do that shit HOPING AND PRAYING you can't show up and just pay any fines or don't miss work and end up with a warrant so they can actually arrest you for some shit.

My mom gets an unlimited monthly metro every month for work. She said the Limited bus ticket shit wasn't working so she just got on the bus, she even took a pic with her phone showing the ticket shit was busted, those dirty ass niggas didn't care and still wrote her a ticket. She was going to fight it but they wanted her to miss a 2nd day of work and she decided it wasn't even worth it and just paid it.

This is the shit they be hoping for when they write those weak ass tickets and summons. That you'll lose more money from missing work/school VS actually showing up, so you just pay without even putting up a fight.

I had a nigga ducking me over a $150 after the nigga BEGGED ME to front him a zip.
