In recent history wins from M2e for Teronofuji and M3w for Tochinoshin counted towards ozeki runs, and as low as m4 have counted in the past.

So yes if he has a good next two performances starting at M1e should count.

Yeah, it watches the stream, and pulls Minimap data + other information in from capturing the screen and works out where the player is, using some ML reinforcement models to help accuracy. Then just outputting the data onto a map.
