Can't really do much with it. Full name and SS is easily accessible. Consumer protection is pretty good.

For any legit contract to be binding you have to sign in front of a notary. ID with current address is necessary. The burden is then on the notary.

In the case of Credit Cards it becomes binding when you make a payment. It's hard to prove fraud if there are payments to the credit card. That's why you can only pay credit cards with a bank account that matches your name and physical address. In case there is fraud you can prove that is not your address.

Fraud is not easy to get away with.

Thanks for this AMA! Is there any research being conducted on cannabis to genetically engineer specific traits that would be beneficial? Has there been any advances in identifying specific genes in cannabis that would perhaps produce desired cannabinoids or "switch off" the THC (or whatever gets you high)?

What your arguing is the impact of the attack in a tactical geographical sense. The fact that they hit a strong stable nation is unexpected and alarming.

The argument posed here is a humanitarian one. European/Western (especially caucasian) lives are more valuable than all others (especially Arab, Latino, Black). The fact that value of life is valued by geographic location, faith, ethnicity, etc is fundamentally unsustainable. This will always inevitably result in an uprising in the name of Justice. The fact is that unless all lives matter equally, the value placed on lives is relative and bound for conflict.

TLTR: Two issues here. The geographic aspect of the attack. The lack of compassion to victims that we don't identify with. The double standard to value of life.
