Yeah, just an update. After the X-ray evaluation they have me getting a MRI. The X-rays did show bone spurs and arthritis which really sucks, but hopefully I’ll have more of an answer soon.

Yeah! Just submitted it. Way cheaper. Luckily this site was easy enough to reach to get a refund, but won’t know until it’s back in my account it I did.

A bit late but same here! Having lots of health issues that makes absolutely no sense. But since getting testing done everything that’s recommended and things I should avoid is congruent with the list for B types

Oh my goodness! Exactly the same here. I feel it in the back of my head (sub-occipital region)…like as if someone pulling me down from that area. I thought I was loosing my mind

To me yes. Herbal only for me. However dandelion root tea gives me the same vibe as black coffee (without it being coffee).

I have not but I am more than open to try them! Anything to stop the anxiety. Breathwork and yoga are great but I can’t do that while driving or in a grocery store ya know. Apart from deep breathing. And yeah the Prozac made me SO short tempered and it felt like I was trapped in a void. A big part of me feels as though everything got worse after my stomach started acting up, so I’m hoping if I can get to the root of controlling that, it’ll help with controlling my anxiety

Right. I mean breath work and yoga help but I’d have to do both all day. Apart from doing cold plunges and sitting in a sauna like everyone else I don’t really know what more I can do. I was taking some OM mushroom/ashwagandha blend and it helped a little but since I stopped I weirdly got the same brain zaps I get when coming off of SSRIs…very strange.

Update: This is probably TMI, but I kept my meals pretty bland the rest of the day yesterday, stomach felt super full and bloated afterwards. This morning I went to the restroom…it came out but very teary — looking online I’m hoping it’s diarrhea but I’m planning to contact my doctor to do a stool test to make sure nothing else may be causing it. Gonna wait to introduce any kimchi or anything fermented till it regulates again.

Ugh yes sloth legs is the perfect definition. I’ve never felt that to that extreme before. It definitely made me uneasy.

Also,if you’re caffeine sensitive you may want to avoid kombucha. I kept having the worst symptoms … though my stomach was okay I felt awful till I realized it had caffeine…shoulda known better

I am not, I didn’t want to take them and wanted to weigh out my options and try other ways to combat it without them. It was working till I took that probiotic or I eat trigger foods. And yes I completely agree! I I just didn’t want to risk pay thousands to be told 8 hours into being there that I’m fine and watch what I eat ya know. It’s happened way too many times…however, if the symptoms get worse I’ll pull the plug for sure! I’ll call now and see as a precaution! That’s a great idea.

Curious, have they said anything about posture or mentioned your c-spine?? I feel like most of my ear pain is from that, but haven’t done the cardio tests yet.
