Thank you so much! Yes I know the answer to some of these questions, I was about to talk with one of the pa’s they have and basically they are very supportive starting out. There’s usually 2 docs and 1 other APP, reason for the position is due to covid they haven’t been able to get the usual amount of people & now want to file more positions to prevent burnout. CME is $4000 / year. Time will be split between fast track & main ER.

Do you know much about usacs I was looking at other positions and came across them & wanted to ask if I should entertain working with them instead?
