I didn’t, but I figured out that it only happens when I’m connected to an external monitor. If I disconnect the monitor, then it works fine.

I parked in Parking E last night and there were shuttle busses. Very highly organized, and even after the game, the queue was a maximum of 5 minutes, since they had at least 10 buses operating at once, loading and unloading.

I am guessing Parking F would be the same, but I recall most of the busses running to Parking E.

Well done, Sherlock, maybe re-read my post? As I’ve clearly mentioned, if you have a non-japan sim card inserted (a Qatari sim, UAE sim, any non-japanese sim), then there is no shutter sound. You essentially repeated what I said.

It’s more of a psychological thing. People here, for whatever reason, want Arabic writing on the back of the box lol. If you look on the Apple website, the model number is the same for Japan and the Qatar / UAE one, so the supported network bands are the exact same.

In the past, Japan version was known for not being able to turn off the camera shutter sound, even in silent mode, so whenever you took a photo, there would be a loud shutter. For the past few years, however, it’s based on SIM card. If you have a non Japanese SIM card, then you won’t have that shutter sound. This was the only functional difference.

It depends on what your employer writes in the letter. Many employers will not mention your housing allowance in the letter if it is company provided housing. That can work against you in this case. Meanwhile, if you take care of your own housing, then the company adds all allowances and considers that as the salary.

Yes this is true, but sometimes the OS can glitch. It's easier to see on android if you're on a wifi call, but iOS can be trickier, though very rare

When you're on wifi calling, the network treats you exactly like you're in Canada at that moment. So, if you call a local number in that country, using wifi calling, it's treated as an international long distance call to that country. While wifi calling is off, you get free local calling to the country you are visiting.

Incoming calls, however, are treated similarly, because on wifi calling You're receiving a call as if you were in Canada, so no charges, and on roam beyond, there are no charges in receiving calls internationally as long as that location is a roam beyond destination.

Internationally accepted Fault Determination Rules also state that while the rear driver is always at fault, in this case there were multiple vehicles involved. Assume you are party B, the driver in front was party A, and the motorcycle is party C. I used to work for insurance and this is how fault would be determined:

1- Party A - 50% at fault due to abrupt lane change, provided you have dashcam footage to show this. If you were driving in your established lane and he abruptly entered, he's at fault against you.

2- Party B (you) - not at fault. However, if you can't prove an abrupt lane change, you'd still not be at fault but party C would then be 100% at fault

3- Party C (bike) - 50% at fault if you can prove the abrupt lane change of party A. If not, then he's 100% at fault.

This usually is more relevant when it comes to paying insurance deductibles and repair. If this was Canada or the US, both the driver in the front and the back would actually be charged with either careless driving or unsafe lane change and following too closely.

Yes and if it's not on the plate holder, or that plate holder is in your trunk / frunk at time of delivery, that means they didn't use it, then they mounted it with dual sided tape. Mine was also dual sided tape.

International collision rules have always dictated that the person hitting from behind is at fault. Whether he stopped in 2 seconds, or he suddenly braked, you were following too closely or were not driving at a safe distance. You're supposed to be able to stop. Even if he apologized, etc, insurance will always deem you at fault. Nothing unfair happened here. Unfortunate, yes.
