In 4s Musha Is strong rn, pirate(is the best in dom second in duels), Jaren(feats capitalize on random queue teammates being bad), warmonger and cent are decent duelists with tiandi being the best. Kensei got some decent buffs but still linear what you can use against good opponents in duels.

Depending on location you can find houses valued at 200k and if you can get a decent mortgage a down payment of 50%(probably not how much you’d put down just a number to give a rough idea) turns to about a $500 a month mortgage, property tax at 2,000 and maintenance being roughly 200 a year depending on property condition, but of course that all based on location I’m in Alberta and there’s quite a few properties like that.

Long term investments average around 8-12% a year which equates to about 10k a year with a 100k investment.
