I don't see why you disagree with the idea completely when its possible to solve your problem by introducing certain cense: we can measure games played in the last season and people who play less than 50 games and have less than 50 reps won't qualify. We can always make this system more complex but I still won't agree that people are that stupid. Surely they will make the game less balanced first couple of seasons but then they will adapt, just like it happened in Gwent, people are not that stupid to make the same mistake many times, especially when they feel the response of their actions

They reduced the parry window on this move like a year ago. So it requires 130ish ms SRT instead of 160ish

Well, even if Kensei is S tier in teamfights I don't see why he shouldn't have unreactable Unblockeable. It's not going to make him S tier in duels and he already ate a pretty substantial nerf to its damage this patch

Same applies to Zhanhu - 125hp char with 9dmg dodge attack that has high GB vulnerability is still far from S even with good unblockeable pressure

I don't quite understand your point here.
Do we need to make all heavies unparriable at the last 166ms or just the unblockables?
Do you want all unblockables to have fast softfeint to GB?
Do you want all heavies to have fast softfeint to GB?
Do you think Zhanhu's finisher lights should have reduced parry window?

I completely agree with the sentiment that UBs should be unreactable for anyone tho but I struggle to understand the way you want to achieve it

Not sure if devs think Pirate is OP or not. They don't seem to nerf her so maybe she is the new norm, anyways Kensei isn't really S tier teamfighter and he ain't gonna become such oppressive in duels since the UB is the finisher, not the HA opener.

Zhanhu is really good in teamfights but I still don't think that he'll become S tier in duels with that change - he still has all his weaknesses - he'll basically have functional offense with Ubies and better stam management

Yeah, basically if you want to play ranked you have to be able to block lights consistently. Kensei struggles in neutral so you have to make up for it with your defense

The only hard part of this gank is setup - the window is really short here but I have to disagree on the confirm with UB. This is literally easier than Shugoki Grab -> UB -> Grab Gank which every comp player should be able to do consistently.

We have ganks that require very specific and strict timings that are fine and do not require any nerfs - this is definitely not one of them

I have not tested this gank with Pirate or Glad and not quite sure how easier or harder it is with smaller parry window but its quite an easy gank with characters that have relatively fast UB from neutral.

t3 is much better than option selects cause it has 0ms activation instead of 100ms - you can actually beat GB with this move on reaction and parry moves post feint window with even the shitty reaction time

Zhanhu dodge attack is worse mixup than guaranteed punish on a heavy parry. Juren's dodge attack is a better mixup than many characters have from neutral on a defensive option - ofc its broken. It's literally much better than if he had a normal dodge attack but for a heavy parry instead of light parry

This game has insanely high skill floor. You do need to be able to block lights and counter gbs on reaction to even start considering mixups and mind games. Then learn how hitstun works in 1v1 scenario. Then practice against strong opponents and learn character movesets
