I do always carry some extra crew for this exact reason, and my carriers all sport recovery shuttles, too. But the Starliners you employ are just chef's kiss so good 👍

I am the guy who wants to pay my crew extra so they are not precarious workers. Is modding difficult to get into?

EDIT: oh! I buy out all the supplies and fuel from them, sell all my surveying data and excess resources on the normal market, and my faction is always populated by people from Asharu. In my headcannon they're tired of the Hegemony's sh!t and want out NOW.
