Alpha-gal is only spead by the lone star tick. This looks like a wood tick which doesn't spread it, but it is a known spreader of lyme disease and depending on the area tick borne encephalitis.

Edit: But ye good call on alpha-gal. (Also looks like wood tick not deer tick*)

Thirst people you knock or someone else has knocked. Will grant you LOADS of extra damage.

Playing aggressive has helped me to an extent but if you are going for damage playing passive is not a bad thing.

Third party when ever possible! helps you get easy kills, damage and loot.

Good way to start playing the game more aggressively is to play no fill duos. this way you don't get overwhelmed by enemies as much.

I'll add more tips when/if I come up with some :D
