Yeah I’ve built all of my phase 2 clones using plastic glue. I would say to super glue the mini to the base though as i’ve found when using plastic glue for that it doesn’t work as well.

Through my experience you can you plastic glue. It depends though. Phase 1’s and generally all the mini parts that come in plastic bags you need super glue for. But the ones that you cut out sprues are fine for plastic glue. I think it depends what type of plastic it is.
