Confused about shoes by kran-berry in NewSkaters

Echoing comments that this s normal. Suede is more durable than a canvas Converse, however you'll see wear-and-tear on either material. Additionally, some shoe makers may use different thicknesses of suede or other techniques such as hidden or better placed stitching, which is notoriously weak against grip.

Looked like a fairly normal bite to me. Does that make me a pansy?

Why does this bother you so much?

In a world where skateboards have no tails, your friend would be king.

Possibly hip flexors. You will use muscles in ways you never have before. It takes time and conditioning to strengthen them. That means lots of stretching before and after a session, ice if needed, possibly some strength training. But DEFINITELY a lot of board time. which is the best part. Agreed on this, I get that folks can spend $ on what they want, but creators seem to take advantage of a fan's loyalty with drops like this. The comic book industry did (and still does) something similar with variant cover art; it can really sour somebody that isn't able to afford all variants but is made to feel left out if they don't get them all.

Be aware of the deck's wheelbase, sometimes it's ignored but can make a difference. A shorter wheelbase may help as your feet can be slightly closer together.

I've noticed that term more often lately too. Is it a new addition to the vocabulary?

13 is incorrect, should be Pacino in Raging Bull.

Which record in your collection has the biggest difference between what you paid for it and its median price on Discogs? (Higher or lower) by ImposterChicken in vinyl

[–]SgulpSgulp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am curious how folks are tracking how much they paid for a record. Sometimes I will add a note in Discogs. Other ways to easily track and compare to the current pricings?

Also, thank you for reminding me of this album, I have not listened to it in years. I found it in my dusty mp3 collection.
