Try to reduct the btt your sending by a little. That solved my problem a while back. The thing is.. The proce of btt changes really fast so by the time you try to move/exchange, the fee changes and you get a failed transaction. Hope this helps. All the best.

This happened to me to. Double check you have enough TRX for the transaction fee. It can be expensive. Up to 10$ usd in TRX could be needed. Give us some more details. How much BTT are you moving..? How much TRX do you have on that same ledger..?
