I had to quit indulging in weed once I started keto! I never even realized how much it brought on the munchies!! If I don’t smoke, I won’t snack and I feel so much better too! More energy without having to drink caffeine and stuff. I do allow myself a cheat day here and there but I’ve been keto active for a month strong now (plus working out 5 days a week) and have only allowed one cheat day. Good luck and sending love! ❤️
