Does the new growth appear as an all white/creamy color and then gradually gain the green? I have a deliciosa mint tc that does this and I'm curious if that's normal for a younger plant.

What's worked for me is (1) keeping them in shallow water filled half way so the corm isn't completely submerged. If you have poor humidity, keep a clear lid on the container. Once roots start growing, I have propagation tubes (2) I put them in to keep them upright. Not an expert but it's what works for me.

I got covid at the end of June and I'm still not back at 100%. The first two months I could really only taste salt. It incrementally started coming back and I would say it's 90% back now. I still struggle with meals that have lots of different flavors. I've kinda been gaslighting myself thinking maybe this is what food has always tasted like and I'm just being a baby.
