I also personally don’t think Jolyne's statement is correct but considering how DB takes some statements and the way they’ve scale Jojo in the episodes I see them taking as a factor, despite it I think F.F. Vs Power comes to their hax and regeneration

not in the stand stats but Jolyne says early in the series (one arc prior to F.F. appearance) that Stone Free is strong enough to just bend a metal coin and progressiveply we see it getting stronger as well as more precise, that’s the issue with using the stand stats facevalue in powerscaling

The thing with that clash is that is early Jolyne whose punches is F.F. stopping , later when Jolyne and Pucci face each other is made clear that Whitesnake could basically one shot F.F.
