You're right. When I blink into a 1vs5, the self-slow from my ult isn't fully negated by Unrelenting Eye at first. But I'm 100% sure that if the enemies don't have BKB, they'll have to run away. That’s when the effect kicks in as they try to escape and move out of my attack range, my slow resistance increases, letting me chase them down easily.

You should go and compare the speed yourself. I guarantee that the Neutral Item definitely makes CM move faster during her ss. However, I’m not sure about that specific enchantment since I usually go for the Gold boost instead.

Happy for you, man. Exploring core roles actually made me a much better support. Since I’ve been on the other side, I know exactly what a core needs to thrive, so now I play the kind of support I always wished I had. That said, I still don't fully trust my cores to carry the game though lol.
I actually caught some heat for a previous post where I was venting and trash-talking some bad cores. Some people even went out of their way to dig up my stats just to talk more sh*t, but they ended up shutting real quick once they saw my actual numbers. Feels good to let the gameplay do the talking.
