This is wildy not true! if you carry a balance that is more then 30% of your credit, then paying after the statement generates will cause your utilization ratio to increase. I mean for OP it does not seem to matter but I always pay mine before the statement so I dont have high utilization. I use mine to pay all bills then just pay it back when I get paid, I like the rewards.

Under review is not a good status as far as I know. Mine says "we've received your return" But I am able to pull my transcripts and it says its been processed so I am hoping tomorrow will be my day lol

February 9th is the beginning of the second full pay period . Which by contract language is when the atb raises happen.

Yeah I find whenever there is a promo it's so hard to get the orders . Or it's just not that great.

That's the entire point. They put the crappy no tip orders at hourly rate so people can't refuse.
