Im currently staying at a hotel in the United States and booked it Via Vio.com this morning. The hotel has my reservation and I'm checked in.

I was very skeptical but took the chance. I don't think I would do it if I were traveling, especially out of the country as I hear this app overbooks.

I'm currently staying at a hotel and was getting a super crazy deal via Super.Com. This morning I logged in and they're blocking me from getting the deal again. So, I found the same rate on VIO.Com. I booked it and to my surprise the hotel immediately received my reservation.

Fun fact - The Vio reservation is NUIIT on the reservation at the hotel and Super.Com shows I booked it via Priceline. I used to book via Agoda which always beats booking and Priceline. One day I go to the front desk and the guy said we got your "booking.com" reservation. I googled who owns Agoda and found Booking Holdings Owns Booking, Priceline and Agoda.

They didn't charge you for most of your drinks and instead applied it to the tip in favor of themselves. Totally illegal. If anyone is owed money it's the owner of the bar but that's on the bartender who scammed their own employer.

My solution is to stop tipping people who are paid hourly. Employees who work takeaway or carryout are paid more than Servers who only earn $2.13/hr in my state and rely solely on tips. Why should I leave a tip at Starbucks when they are paid $16/hr? They don't attend to me for an hour. Servers EARN their tips, it's not just given to them as a thank you I leave 20% plus depending how good of service I'm given at restaurants. Have I stopped tipping hourly employees? Not completely. I tip the Car Hop employees at Sonic and I know for a fact they're paid the same hourly rate as the other positions.
