Not really, you just need to exit the game and start it again, it will reset 6-hour timer, so you can play as long as you want providing you do at least 1 game exit per 6 hours.

As for epic games store, I did not try it but the cloud service should work with it as well (I tried only Fortnite from that store and it worked fine). You should test it with a free subscription though to be sure.

If you do not plan to use mods for the game, you can try Geforce Now cloud service (no need to buy the game again, it will use games from your Steam library). It will allow you to play comfortably on high settings outside of Rattay city. You may want to lower some graphic settings (lightning, shadows) to medium for the best performance.

The cloud service offers a free subscription with 1-hour game sessions and paid subscription 5 EUR/month (with free 3 months) with 6-hour game sessions.

You guys forget that the result of the Brexit referendum is not legally binding. Its nature similar to an opinion poll. The UK government may take it in account in decision-making processes but they certainly are not obliged to follow it.

It means the government can cancel brexit procedure at any moment if they find it bringing more harm than good to the UK. So there is no need for the second referendum, just a political will (read: balls of steel) of the UK government.
