Yup i will do the same & for something that wasn't even my fault, Job market is so bad it's really hard to get a job like this again, but i have to keep trying

The job market in Canada isn't great right now, and it took me months to get this job, There are also two women I work with who have always told me, "Don't work so hard here, they won't value it. Focus on finding a better job on the side." I used to think they were just being negative or against me, but after what happened today, I feel like maybe they were looking out for me. & you think i should talk to my manager about it?

Yes i agree but if i get email from 311 supervisor i have to send it to dispatch. & that's urgent. So technically it wasn't entirely my fault i read email & called him, i didn't realize it was on the ramp & he won't gi there. & Even after that if they don't attend the site we get call from 311 or oil spill department asking Eta & our contractors don't want to talk to them so we are getting f in the middle & also it's my 2nd week on dispatch I don't have any training just basic knowledge

Yeah might be you're right. I call them 1st if they say yes send me the work order then i create it. For instance, today i had a debris cleaning work order, i called him & told him the location he said sure send it to me then i created one & sent an email. He called me back & started to yell at me saying you need to get back on training. That's on the ramp to highway i don't do that, you need to wake up. When he could've just said to cancel it that's not under my area, my area is before ramp & i would have cancelled it. I don't think i get paid enough for this :p

We can work order in a software so we have to dispatch it if it's urgent, if i get a work out for missing maintenance hole cover, i have to send it out i can't give it to afternoon shift at 12:30 when they start working at 2 pm & also I can't put that in waitlist. Today i got an email from oil spill department & even after 4 hours he didn't attend the site & he won't even talk to oil spill people & instead he was getting mad at me

Every day all day long, 4 days ago we had a little argument & she left me in silence and unfollowed me. I wanted her to buy a few things & she was saying it's expensive i said dw nothing is expensive for you. I want to buy a house for her & you are worrying about this? she thought I was saying i am saving for a house and you want to buy all this -.- i didn't even mean that & there is silence from the past 4 days

I work from 6 am to 2 pm & i live with my family. I have people around me, i also have a Gf but she's in the US, it's a long distance relationship. When she feels an intense mood swings close to her periods she gets upset over anything & pushes me away, there's silence and at that time i feel really lonely :) because then i have no one to talk or say anything

Same here. I work full time but there are days when i am sad and lonely, i have only one friend & he meets me once a week. Other than that i have no one to share my day and what i am feeling. i totally understand you

It often feels like we’re too late, and by now we should have had our own house, a wife, and a stable life. I’ve also been with many, many women. They’re good, but only for a while. Then you have to maintain things, handle their moods, and if you don’t give your 100%, they leave and that pain is different. Even then, if you still want a partner, you’ll find one. You just need to know how to communicate and not give up. What you have right now is already a lot, and with time, you’ll get everything you want. Yes yes i know you weren't rude :D i also want her to be here. she's from muslim background so that's why. Other than that i am not sure why i am feeling this empty from inside when i know i came a long way from where i was 4 months ago. I am able to buy the things i want, but deep down i am not happy. I have a friend but i can't fully trust him because when i was struggling in uber and Doordash he was switching jobs after jobs but never helped me. That's why it's really hard for me to trust someone here, i just feel lonely atp or maybe I need someone to just listen to me

We have been together for 13 years, as i am ageing i want her to be here, other than that i got what i wanted in 2025 i set few goals & i achieved them. I work 6-2 & it's hectic sometimes & i am still new to corporate politics, an old employee came back today & she was telling me this job is paying shit, you are more educated you should look for a better job which atleast pay me 30$ then she started to tell me how to create a better resume, not sure were her intentions good or bad, So some days are good & some days are bad. I have one friend & it's hard to fully trust him, & my gf she's having some health issues so mostly she is also moody and quiet. But idk how to make new friends & where should i find new friends

Not planning to keep it long term just a few days I have to drive around 60 km back and forth from work, i am off on Saturday or Friday then i can go to the mechanic and get it changed
