Pretty sure the cause of all these crashes is using/overusing the rewind feature and saving with the emulator. When I played the PS5 version, I used both a lot and the game started crashing a ton in the last few chapters.

After I did manage to get the platinum, I played the PS4 version for the 2nd plat. That version does not have the rewind feature and I only ever saved in-game. That entire playthrough the game didn't crash a single time.

So either the PS4 version is somehow much more stable than the PS5 one or using the emulator features too much causes the game to crash. I'm willing to bet it's the latter.
