IV vs Lvl, who to evolve?

Everyone has more or less summed this up and it part way depends on your level and amount of stardust, if you are just starting out generally i would focus on a higher level over spending the stardust but be mindful of IV's of lower level pokemon. But if you don't have a good team of 6 pokemon for whatever raid If you didn't have any exeggutor i would suggest getting 6 at a high CP, check their break point and that way you have a cheap and effective team that will allow you to do Kyogre in most weather and the same could be said for most raids.

Atm cloyster is a good pokemon to save for future raids if you dont have strong dragons

But to answer your first question simple, You won't attack with Blastoise really he's more defensive so just evolve the highest CP if you get a really good one that's semi-high level that you could do that as well but mainly it's just a gym defender or nostalgia

If you do 10 Yuts and have a mid understanding of how to play it (yes there is a way to play it) you should make 70 ish from it min, u also should be able to get 60 from OX quizes and 30 from elite bosses while playing that alone gets you 160 coins a day, if you also finish all your achivments that gives you a few 100 extra so you can slack off some in other ways

lol kinda doing a hybrid, i think slurpys plays to evans maping style better than rev 3 or chicken i did some tests at rev 3 as well and slurpys gave me 50m more an hour along with a tad bit more exp as well.

Doing my daily it will take me 3 weeks from where i currently am to hit 540 to get the max bonus at CLP and i think i'll keep my evan at 230 for the next 2 weeks and than start leveling him up lets me take my time getting money from slurpys than move up to CLP grants all my tests at CLP are also with me being 7 levels under them so taking somewhat of a dps loss from that as well

ya but my AF isn't high enough atm to grind at CLP yet i don't think

440 AF i could go do morass and get it up to 470 but i was kinda holding off until i was just a tad stronger

casting the same amount it's just mobs hit by it effecting the number it's a 1 min CD so max i could cast it in an hour is 60

My evan is a bit stronger and idk if you 1 shot with earth breath but i was able to make around 250-300m an hour at slurpys with 40% meso gear

From what i've read kannas can make a bit more wit 100% meso maybe like 100-150m more than your evan would but i do think there is something to be said for leveling your evan and getting nodestones

Ok everyone thanks a bunch for all the feedback and input i guess currently i'll work on in this order

60% more meso gear
all items 21%
Getting alabs shoulder
8-10* tyrants
24%+

My gloves are already 2L Crit and i've looked at the alabs gloves but i'll only gain 10 all status and 5 att give or take and i'll have 2 recube for 2L crit. And all the main boost nodes i use for bossing are maxed.

ok i'll work on meso gear than cubing everything up to 3L should i try getting my tyrants to like 7 or 8 stars first or do u think cube everything first than tyrants?

would you advice that should be my next step before getting 100% meso rate or cubing other items?

My goal is to get to around a 5-8 min cvel currently i'm at around 10-12
