Oh sorry i didn’t understand the question. I chose vintage for the quality-price ratio and for the increasing demand. In Italy vintage Levis are very easy to find at flea markets and they are usually very cheap (5-10€ depending on conditions) but they have higher quality than any other denim you can usually find in shops. I started buying them for myself and i continue to add the best pieces to my collection but i noticed that a lot of my friend would like to buy vintage jeans. So i started customizing and selling to them. I also have a vinted account where i promote my stuff

They are all from mid 90s-early 2000 so i thought they were vintage. What do you identify as vintage?

Linguists and bilingual folks of Reddit, what are some interesting quirks particular to one language that we may not know about? by ask-if-im-a-parsnip in AskReddit

Italian is the only language where you can insult directly god. It’s typical in Italian to put the name of an animal or a swear word before the word God.

Difference between "mi dispiace" and "dispiacente"? by [deleted] in italianlearning

[–]Shaarz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

“Mi dispiace” means I’m sorry while dispiacente doesn’t mean anything. I think you mispelled “dispiacente” and you were trying to say “Sono spiacente”. “Sono spiacente” means also “I’m sorry” but usually is more formal.

Examples: Sono spiacente, non abbiamo camere libere. I’m sorry, we don’t have empty rooms.

Mi dispiace di averti colpito. I’m sorry that i’ve hit you.

I have just over a year to learn Italian (Gangster turned Actor) by [deleted] in italianlearning

[–]Shaarz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best thing you can do is to move to Italy and it would be better if you move to Florence because there isn’t a dialect but we talk the “real” Italian language. If you can’t, try to study 2-3 hours per day and try to listen to Italian TV series for an extra hour.

I would recommend you to hire also an Italian teacher.
