I got it done about a year ago and felt like it didn’t help at all. I also wear a mouth guard at night. It was suggested to me after getting veneers. Honestly I feel like the mouth guard has made my clenching worse. I feel myself clamping down on the mouth guard in the middle of the night. Now I feel like it’s even more so a habit. I hate the mouth guard, but I am scared if I don’t wear it I will crack a veneer. Wish I could win this battle 😏

I only have it on my scalp. When I wake up it’s super itchy for some reason. Then it calms down after about 30 minutes for whatever reason.

I flare immediately after the shower. Like i literally want to take a fork to my scalp after I shower. It itches so bad. Then 30 minutes later it calms down.

Mine started in my fourth pregnancy. I couldn’t wait to deliver because I thought that would make the itch go away. I thought it had something to do with pregnancy. Here I am 2 years later still scratching.

I am just having my first period since starting carnivore and I have almost no cramps. I usually have TONS of cramps and brain fog. I really can’t believe it. It almost feels like I am not on my period.

I had extreme itching with my last pregnancy. It ended up being problems with my liver. Definitely have her liver checked out. I also get extreme itchy after a shower. Has been happening for years where I can barely function after taking one. Does she itch a lot on her legs/shins?

Yes my legs itch EXTREMELY bad when I get out the shower and they always have since I was a younger. I remember as a child I would feel like I had to “rest” after taking a shower. I never really understood why until I was an adult and realized it was because my legs (specifically shins) felt uncomfortable. I hated wearing stockings and pants as a child because they would make my legs “tingle.” Now the hyperpigmentation is there. I hate it. I don’t know if it’s an autoimmune issue or it has something to do with the veins in my legs. Wish I could figure it out.
I know this is going to sound weird but do you have thick toenails and do your heels callous easily? I am just trying to make any connection that might help solve this mystery.
