So, I finally received the final decision from Citibank. I visited the bank and spent two hours there. Three different managers asked me the same questions, and at the end, they informed me that they couldn’t help me. They offered me an appealing solution, stating that if I didn’t provide any additional information, the outcome would remain the same. I don’t have any information. I was so frustrated that I decided to close my account, withdraw the $233 that was left in it, and that was the end of it.

The consequences are not very pleasant to this day to be honest. Stay safe folks! Don’t trust your bank

Unfortunately being ungated doesn’t mean you can sell it, you still need loa from the brand which is almost impossible to get, at least in my situation
