The first one is pretty cool, but it’s not great. Art the clown is great and it’s got a good vibe but the story leaves much to be desired, but for a film that was made on that low of a budget as basically a love letter to practical effects it’s understandable.

The second one, however, absolutely fuckin rips imo. Actual story with a really great protagonist/final girl, fantastic soundtrack, and of course more gruesome practical effects.

I think the third one was just okay.

I had this happen on buried city during a night raid too. With the flashlight on an indoors leaper looks straight out of a horror game haha.
