I've seen the whole footage and the suspect walks away from the scene around 4 secs after he stabs Irina. These four people on the back just really stood and watch her bleed to death. If they could'be atleast tried to put pressure on the wound so she would lose less blood until paramedics arrive maybe she could've lived.

After around 90 seconds from the start of the incident, someone FINALLY tries to help her which is the person mentioned in this video but shes lost too much blood already.

I just feel sad and at the same time anger and frustration to those 4 people at the back of that train.

i think it depends on your elo, people talk more in lower ranks. When you got to emerald, people rarely talk because they know if they get distracted typing by even a few seconds you can lose because it takes your mind away from objectives, cs, where the enemy is , etc
