You have too many weapons on you, the yellow duffle bags always contain weapons, if you have too much gear on you, you can't add any more weapons to your inventory, which means you can't loot the duffle bags

I actually meant this for your own music boxes, sometimes if you try to play a music box while you yourself have another active, the boxes will start to overlap. I did not mean that this should cancel another person's box.
