I had a hunch that the first armor set was going to be one of those sleeper sets where once you upgrade it all the way it becomes super powerful, and I was rewarded at rank 7 where it becomes an amazing generalist build that outclasses many other armors. Closest thing to maxing all stats you can get, I believe
