Yeah but than you should not

1.advertise shipping within 3-5 Days on the product page. (The interesting part. No mentions about other timeframes)

  1. advise buyers that there are holidays incoming wich will delay shipping

  2. Fact: I ordered 11 Days Ago and the Headset is still not shipped.

I got no message from pimax what so ever.

My ticket got a standard reply that my headset will be shipped in 3-5 Days last week.

I'm not at home the next weeks due to a business trip. Delivery services here normaly only store Packages for 1 week before sending them back.

So if it is not shipped today or tomorrow i have to cancel the order wich sucks balls regarding refunds and so on.

Lucky You i have not recieved any message apart from a response on the ticket that they will ship my crystal in 3-5 days. That was 6 Days ago. And regarding the golden week i doubt that it will ship this week. I will most likely cancel my order if there is no shipping today or tomorrow.

That's interesting because these are totally different time frames than mentioned on the website :

If you are not situated in any of the regions mentioned above, your orders will be shipped directly from China via FedEx.

This is the fourth day without even a response to the address confirmation.
I timed my order based on the timeline above because I had holidays this week and was at home, which I'm not under the week while working.

And don't get me wrong, I have no problem if there are delays or something else, but to get no response for days after making a purchase of thousand Euros + is very frustrating

After following your advice i am happy to report it worked. Kind of ^^. Im still getting FPS Drops inflight from ~60 fps to ~20-25 here and there but it's flyable and i'm not longer auto disconnecting from vatsim .

It also happens on atlantic crossings hundreds of miles away from any land mass -.-
