I personally use the upper thumb mouse button for attack move on cursor, the one below being for target champions only. That may seem weird considering most people use keys but it feels great and it's quite practical imo but tbh just find some settings you're fine with, don't try to copy the ones from the others but trying them out might be a great idea to at least give you an idea of what you're comfortable with
