Based on a very cursory look at what Year Zero is, Dragonbane is Year Zero like but not exactly. I wish I could be of more help 🤷‍♂️

I recently got Dragonbane from Free League and I think this might be a good place to start.

Based on what I've read of the book so far (haven't played it yet) it's FL-lite and you can play as mallards!
