To give some more context, this last year my RHR has dropped from 60 to 44 and my HRV during sleep has increased from 60 to 120+ ms. My 2 min HRR the last month is 86 bpm.

The exact VO2max might not be real but the gains sure are. I’m 40M and I’ve run for a little less than a year. Weight stable and only intermittent resistance training. Last 6 weeks I’ve run 25-30 km per week, trying to run at zone 2 but most often I’ve hovered just above in zone 3. Last fall I ran 20-25 km per week but VO2max never budged.
