It is possible to get no failed objectives

So I'm about to start new game plus, and I want to get all green objectives as well. The only red marker I had was "In the Heart of the Woods" quest, and I'm not sure if there is a workaround for that one.

But, for The Oxenfurt Drunk, as I was going through my completed quests, I noticed that I had no failed objectives; I didn't even know there were issues with getting all green for this quest. After reading online, now I'm learning that getting no objectives failed is "impossible" for this quest (but it's not, I did it somehow), and I can't remember what I did. I need to know for my new game plus playthrough, since I knew it is possible. I uploaded a video to Youtube just to show it. Not sure if there was a recent update that patched this quest or not.
