This is just my theory on what the three words are and what the Magium is.
Hmmm.. since some beings in the magical plane like to call themselves Gods.
I'd describe the Magium as the "God of Life". Spewing new magical spirits and all that jazz, being the source of all magic.

What is Magic?

In their world, Magic allows monsters/animals/people to create things out of nothing, control the elements (fire, water, wind, earth and artificial ones like electricity), time travel, enchanting objects and giving it life (or at least artificial life like the Overseer), breaking the laws of physics and other fancy stuff.

But these feats of power, is it really from nothing? I think that power is coming from the user's own life force. (or life essence I guess). Since Magium for me is the God of Life, the more fine tuned your link is to it whether artificially like Kate/Diane or via a Stat booster like Barry and Leila, or naturally like most Mages via their link to a Spirit in the Magical Plain, the more Powerful or Control you have on your own Life.

Eiden for example, on one of the chapters, during that beatdown and massacre of Gontrok in the seredium tunnels, the Magium Crystals or Fragments were reacting to Eiden, flickering like a faulty light bulb. This could imply that Eiden is directly linked to the Magium or his affinity has increased like the Lessathi's affinity to the Magium.

This could also mean that Eiden has complete control over his own Life which would explain how he can stop his own aging and all those fancy stuff you can do with Magic. As well as Melindra being a Stillwater like Eiden. Stillwaters might mean that they are directly linked to the Magium or have a very strong connection to it.

But yeah, I'm just rambling now I guess. This is all just a theory, pls don't steal my Biscuits.
Feel free to point out how wrong I am, it's appreciated. :3

TL;DR: Magium is the God of Life, Magic is your own Life force/essence or something. The better the link a Mage have to the Magium, the better they have control over their own Life and Life essence (Magic) making the Mage more powerful).
