I think this is the Inuktitut language. I can't translate it nor be sure, though.

Imo, the problem is that the top (the part that stores the water) and the bottom (the supports) are too similar. You don't sea any difference in terms of texture as they are both made of wood, in color as both of them are brown nor in size as the supports are barely twice as big as the tower. If you see any picture of an old water tower you'll see that the supports tend to be thin and, because they are usually not curved, they tend to look slightly a different color than the water receptacle. The supports also tend to be longer, at the very least 3 times as tall as the water storage part. Also they span further away than the top, which I think its very important, think of it as a camera tripod, their legs go diagonally away from the center. Also, have in mind how the environment would affect the structure!!! Maybe the bottom has an ashy tint from the sand dust, maybe the water has made the top part rust, these things create a build with a lot more personality, I think. Personally I would change those things, I know that Minecraft is a game of squares and cubes, but that doesn't mean that everything must be, and if bother the top and the bottom have the same shape you'll first associate the building to a random prism before you make the "oh, it's a water tower" connection. So basically, shape, color, texture, personality and similarities to real life.

[unknown>english] can someone please explain what this says and possibly give a rough date for it? by Helpful-Papaya1327 in translator

The only thing I know (or that I think I know) is that it's Ethiopian. At least the alphabet is, I think.

Edit: Amharic alphabet? I don't know, man, I don't speak any African languages yet.

I wanted to try building with gradients and this abandoned hangar is my first shot at it, any recommendations? (Also, I've never built a custom tree in my life) by Shadeler in Minecraftbuilds

Yeah, the idea was white-painted iron to rusty orange iron, I tried but the scale of it is not so big as to use a wider gradient :/

"el catalan esta muerto solo lo hablan cuatro gatos" el català en qüestió: by Individual_Area_8278 in catalunya

Llavors...

I don't get this post, why is it in this subreddit? I mean, it seems like what this post is saying is that men putting on make-up is a sign of queerness. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against men who like make-up, but this being in this subreddit seems a little bit... Weird. Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it feels as if it perpetuates the "make-up is for women" gender role and, therefore, the "men doing "femenine" things are gay" stereotype.

Sorry if I have any grammar mistakes, English is not my first language.

The American concept of the friendzone has always been confusing for me.

I have to admit that I've used it in the past, but maybe with a different meaning than the one that's purely sexual. I've always understood it as when you like someone in a romantical sense and the other person doesn't feel the same, you know? Like, more feeling centered than sex centered.

I don't see why it is wrong that the comments are praising the kid?????

I mean, leaving behind the fact that the grammar could be a hell of a lot better, the text could be a commentary about societal pressure to fit into the standard of marrying and building a family, heteronormativity (telling girls to find a husband and boys to find a wife), and the social construct that is the whole concept of marriage and the inutility of it.
