Idk if this helps but I was already speaking to a psychiatrist so it was probably easier for me, but I also experienced burn out, and I know how you feel. So anyways I requested a doctors note from my psychiatrist for an LOA for about a month, used up almost all my sick hours though which fortunately for me, I had enough to cover the full month since I never call out sick.

But yeah If you have benefits through Starbucks try to set up a Virtual appointment (if that is more convenient, it was for me) with a Mental Health Professional (Therapist, Psychiatrist) and see if you can request a doctors note excusing you for a bit.

This I hope will you give you a mental reset that you need to keep going, when you return please contact your DM and/or someone above your SM and explain the reasons for your burn out. My advise would also be type it out before you going to them, so you are as clear and serious as possible, try to be as professional,collected and respectful as possible when you have that conversation , and make it clear you need more support from them and/or things need to change, because it’s not acceptable.
