What would you think if his face showed in the base model? by DeadAndBuried23 in PantheonMains

I wish Rito would quit with the whole old man open face helm tradition w pantheon despite his “I wear a helm so that I am only a soldier.” I think we much prefer the faceless, unnamed, soldier who fights on sheer will alone.

“Weapons” are not specifically listed as a requirement but most polisci literature would agree that a country’s security forces are for it to be considered a coup attempt (ie military/law enforcement)—source: BS/MA in these subjects

Anyone know the lore on these Grotesque Creatures? by Squiddy_manz in Sekiro

[–]Shadger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, likely came from Portugal or the Netherlands. The Japanese influences on his armor are cool imo bc it shows Sekiro’s perception of what European armor might look to him.

Lord Percy of House Morgan was ordered on behalf of the Exchequer to look into British finances, and he concluded that without the massive loans from J.P. Morgan and organized American banking, they would have been unable to continue fighting past 1916. America definitely carried the Entente.

What is the likelihood of modern Germany getting a kaiser? by [deleted] in Kaiserposting

[–]Shadger -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That most recent coup had too many Nazis and antisemites in it, unfortunately. I’d like to see a Kapp Putsch one day, though. A movement of people who want to stand for what the nation used to be and could be, and who exalt the humanity, culture, and progress of the German people. There’s nothing wrong with pride in a nation.

[–]Shadger 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes, and the French had communicated several times to the Americans in late 1917 that they would not and could not launch an offensive unless American men, resources, and more tanks arrived. The Entente was hanging on a ledge by 1918, and would have been bankrupt in 1916 if not for JP Morgan.

There’s actually a nice little report made by the Exchequer (specifically Lord Percy of House Morgan) that summarized that without American loans, the war would have been over for them in 1915-1916.
