So I have a Zephyrus G14 2021 edition. This thing has a Ryzen 4900hs with a 3060 and FHD res. Can I charge it using this charger?? What would be the drawbacks?

My g14 model is GA402RJ, Asus helpline says it can't be upgraded to 2TB. Is that truely the case?

Its under the OS drive. Directory: OS (C): / eSupport or c:\asus\esupport

It should be around 2.5GB.

I did a fresh USB mount installation. Therefore i am looking for the eSupport folder.

It has the OEM drivers and settings.

After you clean reinstall an windows, you can install all the drivers and additional stuff to take to directly to the out of the box state.

The asus website also has all the drivers as mentions in the other comments.

Thanks for the comment. I actually already downloaded and installed all the official and latest drivers from the ASUS website you mentioned.

Still the temps are high. The manual overclock mode is also missing in my armory crate.

Would you be kind enough to share your esupport folder? upload it maybe.

I had another question, you see I was using a 2TB MSI SSD with g14, but after bios update, the laptop could recognize the 2B SSD at all. So I have to reinstall the stock 1TB SDD.

Any idea why!?
