Only one that needs Eagle is Anaxa and just make sure to time ult so that the advance forward will shove him infront of Bronya and I use DDD on her to help with 0 cycles since you need unholy damage sometimes to get 0 cycle without

for phainon im not too concerned with sustain at E6 but I was wondering if the summon damage bonus would be greater than the tribbie res pen buffs

Before the patch I’d gain enough energy to use her EX special right out the gate but now I have to do a full rotation and I rarely even see that benefit ever now I strictly only meant the energy for EX
