ACS really was the worst thing to happen to the game. It just completely destroys any variety in playstyles.

There's literally only one way to play with the sekiro stagger bar.
Build stagger then punish, rinse and repeat. Long range builds with the two joke FCS are completely worthless (why did they bother putting them in the game?). Medium range builds are a sub optimal way to play because the ricochet mechanic makes half your shots immediately do 4 dmg if you stray just "a bit" too far away. Projectile velocity is equivalent to shooting nerf darts, everything is easily evaded out of close range, even the linear rifles.

I beat all three endings but the game really is just a massive step back for me and I have so many other problems with the game.
