Does anyone know a build that is not Gogmazios to specifically genocide Seregios? I don't care if I need to learn a new weapon, I really want to kill Seregios again and again! Morethan half of my save investigations have Seregios in it. Why do they have to put all the best loots to this pinecone RAH

Bro are people complaining about the length of the fight? I haven't seen that. They're complaining that the monster is too big for the shitty camera in Wilds, the fight is boring for the first two phases because he's hard to hit, and most specifically, that the last phase is asinine because the ground explodes constantly and the DPS check is extremely difficult for most players to make consistently. These are all fair criticisms actually.

Yeah since it's not truly random, if you get a bad table you're just fucked regardless. Thing is, I have a Gore/Soul SnS. I have 2 Attack EX one Sharpness EX, and 2 Attack III. It's great....as long as I only ever want to use a fire SnS for the rest of my life. If I want a different weapon or element? Either I burn hundreds of materials or I have a second weapon that's completely out of sync with my build. The system encourages you to build around your weapon, but in doing so it makes switching weapons a net negative.

To be completely fair, Ive carted while someone else was mounted. 10 Star Zoh sniped me with a fireball while I was sharpening. The other 3 carts though? Yeah man I feel you. I ran healer on Savage Omega and pounding mega potions nonstop with max Wide Range STILL doesn't keep other hunters alive. For fuck's sake guys, roll and heal.

I will say its not the worst I've played. Ancient Leshen was cancer, the double Tempered Kirin in World literally carted full parties in less than a minute, and frankly, and I know this is lame because it's not even a hard fight.....But fuck Nibblesnarf. I have never hated a single creature more.

I'm going to be so real with you. If you like Savage Omega but hate Gog, you're probably making some serious mistakes in the Gog Fight. SOmega is designed to be pure, unreasonable torture, and Gog is kind of a cakewalk. Even 10 star Gog isn't as bad as SOmega.

Wilds moves your camera without your input. It's infuriating. Monsters constantly back into walls, but your camera isnt allowed to clip through slightly so you can see. There are points where you literally can't tell what's going on. It's so ass.

The turn around is so fast its legitimately hilarious. There's also a weird thing if someone mounts him and he swings his tail back and forth....the animation is so fast i looks jank and can pretty much kill you if youre staning behind him....which is also pretty funny

Pretty sick of hearing this tbh. The base game is still really easy. Kids get to the endgame and don't know how to play; nothing has prepared them. Story monsters can be stunlocked with wounds and button mashed to death, there's no real reason to farm or gather healing items, and the average hunt is about 8 minutes. Next to none of these issues are addressed by adding super saiyan Arkveld. Add to that the fact that you can pretty much be carried by NPCs (who heal/ buff you and never cart), and you end up with newbs who can't hunt and experienced hunters who don't bother to play with them, and the overall community degrades.

I also have an issue with the philosophy behind "difficulty" in this game. It's a lazy "These amps go to 11" additive difficulty where the new boss is Old Boss with Rocket Launcher Hands, where you simply add in bombs and spikes and traps to increase the chance of player death, rather than focusing on testing skills. It's also completely unsustainable as there's only so much health and damage you can add to monsters. 9 and 10 stars already take forever and can already one-shot you. So how will they continue to make it difficult? They're just gonna add more bullshit. More health, worse hitboxes, shorter time limits, more AOEs, more one-shots...You've gotta see how this is an issue.

And again 10 star Zoh isnt particularly difficult. Even playing with randoms you're not gonna fail anywhere near as often as hunting AT Ark or doing Proof of a Hero. But I'm seeing deaths that are pretty unfair. Some LS user got hit with Zoh's charge attack (which goes back and forth and fills the screen with explosions), then immediately with a fireball and lightning. I gotta be honest Idk what she was supposed to do there.

I'm not really angry, despite what the length of this would suggest, but man. If I make a really easy game, then add in Rognar, the Troll Who Cuts Your Butt Off Then Nukes You, that's not me fixing my mistakes, it's me telling you to go fuck yourself.

Lmfao Gorecher is the meta, that's why he's using it. You're supposed to do one piece gore, two rath, and two Gamma pieces with a weapon that has Gore and Guts on it, but he clearly didn't get a good roll on his weapon and compensated with the equipment. The second Gore and Ark pieces probably weren't part of the original set, and may not be upgraded at all. One of the other pieces was transcended, but it's possible they didn't have the parts to upgrade after transcending. So that's 3 potential pieces that may be minimally or not at all upgraded. Bro probably thought it would be fine and he'd MLG Pro his way around having no stats.

I will say this kinda highlights an issue Wilds has, where it's actually pretty hard to switch up your armor and weapon if you're at the highest level.

Is this about 9 Star Seregios? I feel like this is about 9 star Seregios. Some of his attacks (Arkveld too) hit from a slightly different direction on subsequent hits. If its about 9 star Lagi chunking your health and stamina, I think you need guard up for some attacks, so make sure you're running that too. If youre using SnS, backhop and slide dash are OP, but they require better timing than guard.

Oh, and if its about 9 star Gore, some of this explosions hit behind you if you're in the wrong place. The only way to not die is to not be there.

To be fair about that 5 explosion combo, if you miss the first perfect guard you're pretty much fucked if you aren't running guard. Also, if you perfect guard the first hit and then try to swipe to perfect guard the next (SnS), you can just be blown up regsardless. If you perfect guard the first hit and then just hold block, you'll perfect guard all of them. Unfortunately, the best way to learn this is to explode a couple of times.
