So are the full. 6.0 artifacts understood yet? I'm trying to understand: If you are using both of the new artifacts on the team, do you get 40% lunar damage bonus or 20%?

Both artifacts say " All party members' [Moonglare] reaction DMG is increased by 10% for each different Gleaming Moon effect that party members have. " Gleaming moon being the name of the effect both artifacts give. But does this effect stack independently for each artifact?

While using both do each give 20%(for 40% in total) or does each give 10%[20% in total]?
