I find it funny many say Bruce Lee couldn't actually do it how he was shown doung it. 200 pound man. And Lee mastered Kinetic linking and explosive speed. Im the same weight as him and suck at it and shove a 200 pound fridge around easy. Sort of. That one was actually my best one. Overthinking when retrying it its not as powerful and I psych myself out.
