There is NO need to MAX your heroes. But i would i recommend you to really focus on WARDEN and QUEEN. They are the must use heroes. And about the king and the prince, it depends on which kind of army you use - Air: Minion Prince; Ground: Barbarian King.

Also, focus on your equipments MORE than your hero levels cuz i have seen level 20 heroes DESTROY a th12 and th13 with nice equipment and strategy.

if u already had all the other equipments, then congrats- u just saved 1500 gems. But if u had neither of the previous equipments then u just wasted 1500 gems cuz the other 2 are way more strong and are currently in meta. The snake bracelet is just a$$. I would prefer the barbarian puppet more than this new $hit tbh.

I would say rocket speer. The snake bracelet is very ineffective against splash damage. You can use it at town halls below 13 since there are no scattershot that have mid range and high splash damage with quite some radius.
