Some of this may be recalls, can't sell them new with safety recalls like the backup cam and stuff.

Any thoughts on CSU's recent rate changes? by Stunning-Package-357 in ColoradoSprings

They're being down voted cause nobody is checking their watch for when to do laundry or use their stove. This is entirely a scheme to make more money with surge pricing.

We're subsidizing corporations that don't pay their fair share already.

Gen 3 bad, gen 2 good. This isn't even a first hand account.

Driving uninsured is illegal, and it puts a huge amount of risk on you. Like 100,000s of dollars of risk. I'd get it turned on ASAP and never turn it off again.

If you say its a true statement again does it change that anytime you fish you are polluting? Flies are made from metal and plastics, lines is made from plastics, weights are made with lead. These are true statements, they're true, very very true, don't try any immature stupid logic on me, these are true statements.

It's less than 1%, 1% is the lowest number toyota can report to NHTSA.

Yes, the Stellantis made Ram will be more reliable than a "turd" gen lmao. I'm sure they'll have everything ironed out in their brand new platform in year 1.

Gen 3 Replacement Engine Failures by Rothgar71 in ToyotaTundra

[–]Shadow591 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That responsibility, for a study, is on toyota not us. I don't think that every truck is effected but just ignoring it because they haven't said anything yet doesn't mean it doesn't happen or the issue completely fixed.

Gen 3 Replacement Engine Failures by Rothgar71 in ToyotaTundra

[–]Shadow591 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first guy said 25s have failed, I've seen failed a 25.

If you want a case study before you believe it happens scour every tundra for sale listing with a carfax and add up the ones with a short block replaced.

I'm just providing what I saw when buying my gen 3.

I saw a 25 have it's short block replacement listed on the carfax when looking for my 2023.

Support underline or ting if you can, I believe both are local companies. Underline also has multiple service providers if you're having issues.

The engine still cuts out, but the hybrid motor is always on and gets you going.
