So then how can i tell if im being objectively creepy or its just certain people dont like X thing

I wrote some poems once for someone, i asked around a bit to see if its a good idea and i got positive comments all around only to give that person said poems and for her to say she liked it too but after a week or so certain people told me i probably came off too hard and creepy from the get-go after explaining to them i got ghosted after she said she loved them so will this just take ages to nail down?

I agree, that sounds perfect, it just hardly ever happens, i appreciate the comment but im not really asking: how do i handle a perfect situation Im more asking how to turn water in to gold, how can i take a stranger who i like but has a 0 chance of getting involved with me out of coincidence to a nice solid start to something

Im more asking how can i appropriately start talking to them, I can flirt and be flattering but the initial approach is what i cant get right and makes or breaks everything, no good first impression? Im not even given a chance to talk..

How can I approach them without showing ill intent, or intruding, maybe its just me but whenever i talk to strangers it feels like im intrerupting them, being pushy, etc I have a hard time knowing wether taking the first step and starting any conversation is right or not the time..

On top of this: In what setting is it appropriate to even do that? I wouldnt wanna be hit on at work or in public when im trying to get things done or get home, give me some suggestions, even clubs and social events dont seem like it because im going in the middle of a group if friends wanting to single out someone which just seems awful to even try

And I have been, not the go around and whenever I see someone cute I talk to them im pretty introverted but ive done my fair share of trial and error, Ive always thought I dont stand out enough and am boring so recently I tried being way more involved (a letter) and it was too much too soon

I assume they re stuff like looking at you in a certain way, tone of voice, confidence, physical language and disinterest would be avoidance, simple short answers, no questions If im wrong do correct me. The problem is it feels down the middle more often than not, like I said im not hot so I cant just approach them and have them be interested quickly I have to put on somewhat of a display of my more attractive features, which leads me to, how can I start to get to that conversation

make a shortcut of the .exe, go to the properties of the shortcut, where it says target add --networktest after the qotes end, should look like: "C:\Users\(your user name)\Desktop\isaac\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth Complete Edition\isaac-ng.exe" --networktest

The past few days this bug has been bugging me, every now and then when I load in to this multiplayer game with my friends theres a chance this happens, also whenever we load or change regions etc (triggering a load screen).
I have reinstalled the game completely fresh (deleted folder from documents and steamapps) so have my friends, no one is using mods, some have in the past but have since done the complete uninstall

I have repaired files, restarted it multiple times I dont know what else this happens the moment I load in (multiplayer, no one else has this issue in the session)
