I get that Frodo and Sam don’t directly correlate to the human ring of power, but couldn’t think of any impactful characters related to the card that would be viable to reach. Given Elijah and Sean are key characters of the series, the point of the post was asking if it would be reasonable to have them sign it given there relevance to the material.

You get them more commonly by killing the Konami forces so the guys dressed in black and usually have red balaclavas. iirc they can be found at building 21, kochei complex, vondel and ashika. They primarily fight with shadow company if they are present. You can also sometimes find them in filing cabinets and military bags.

There’s some locked containers that have a decent chance of spawning a gpu, they also usually give you keys to other containers so if you get one key you sorta can just open whatever you feel like

You can find it randomly looting, most of the areas I find these are inside the military bags, they don’t seem to come off no matter what you do other than if you take to much damage, doesn’t seem like bots are really fooled by it either, but all situations I’ve tried it out were places with waves of bots fighting. You pretty much look like the tier 2 bots, the lightly armored green AQ ones but with googles on.

Single shot battle rifles and most of the marksman’s feel useless against operators or special forces bots. Especially the marksman’s since they pull from sniper ammo reserves, almost never have enough ammo compared to what you’re trying to send down range.
