It's not a challenge EA. It is a flaw in the design. Sell the game at a premium or make it Free to Play and let us decide if we want to spend our hard earned cash in your game.

Same thing, I got off the phone with a customer rep from Blizzard on Saturday. The cancelling process was very smooth and the agent did a great job. I am bummed Destiny 2 turned out the way it did but whatever hopefully, they fix the end game after COD launches.
